The New Hampshire Registered Offenders Against Children site provides the basic information found on similarly ranked state registries. No risk assessment or severity indicators, no work or school addresses, no mapping function and no safety and prevention tips. New Hampshire’s site speaks to law enforcement rather than the community members.

Information Provided:  

Sex offender profiles have color photographs, physical descriptions and home addresses. Conviction information includes the court, conviction date, qualifying offense and the age range of the victim as specified by New Hampshire statutes. 

Search Functions:  

Search the database by name, street, city or zip code. You may view all of the offenders on the registry. 

Additional Site Features:  

New Hampshire posts the relevant statues for the sex offender registry and leaves it up to the user to interpret them. Other sites offer a layman’s version of the law, which is helpful. A brief FAQs page is included, but there are no safety and prevention tips for New Hampshire residents. 

Ease of Use:  

Drop down menus for city and counties would make searching easier for some. Overall, the site is simple, and consequently, simple to use.
