With flashing icons and an ad for the Kentucky alert line, this sex offender registry does not meet the sober design criteria found on most other states’ registries. Profiles include standard information, but search features are minimal and there is no mapping function or risk assessment.

Information Provided:  

Profiles include a standard physical description, aliases and a photograph. A home and secondary address is listed where available. The offense includes the age of the victim with a link to download a pdf file with the legal definition of the offense.They do not however disclose unique identifiers like tattoos and scars, nor do they publish employment addresses or maps.

This site can be searched by last name, city, county or zip code.
